So, I live on the east coast of Canada in Nova Scotia but I'm a Newfoundlander who loves the ocean, writing, literature and all things outdoors! Finally making more time to travel and explore and I'm looking forward to the adventures ahead!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS has been a great way for me to meet people when I travel. I've been incredibly fortunate to have met such amazing people and make wonderful friends through connecting on this site and then meeting in person. I've started organizing CS meetings in Halifax and I'm also doing my best to be supportive of folks who have questions about the area or would like to hang out while visiting.

Favorite book: In The Skin Of A Lion by Michael Ondaatje. I adore Canadian modern fiction and love poetry.

For music, wayyyy too many to mention.

Favorite movies include Dead Poet's Society, Scent of A Woman, Sex and the City, The Breakfast Club, The Princess and the Warrior (German), and Biutiful.
