CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to dance as often as I can while working to support myself and now that I'm done with my degree to go back to doing fun things like going to the theatre and embassy events and traveling .

ABOUT ME

I'm a single woman who likes to dance, read, go to to the theatre, concerts and movies, hike, ski and travel. Sometimes outgoing, sometimes reserved. I like dogs and cats and have 1 very friendly cat. I've lived in Brazil and Korea and have been to 45 out of 50 states. I learned to read and write in Portuguese but don't remember any of it and took Spanish in school. Currently the only language I speak is English but I would like to regain fluency in Spanish.

PHILOSOPHY

Very much a liberal Democrat. Being Wiccan, my feelings on religion are do your own and don't tell me what to do with mine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've done a lot of hosting and now that I've finished my degree I'm hoping to travel and have someone host me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now had my first official Couchsurfing experience a whole 20 miles away in Bethesda to attend a dance competition which had a very early start time. I stayed with Anya and Laszlo and it was an amazing experience.

Most music from classical to folk, classic rock, house, techno, disco, and I dance to Country and Western. Still don't get rap or hip hop. Love classic and foreign films and dance movies--even the cheesey ones. Read everything from non-fiction political to history, romance, popular fiction and science fiction and fantasy
