To me life is all about finding a balance. The balance between knowing your greatness and realizing your insignificance; the balance between striving to be the best and being content with life as it is. This applies to diet, exercise... everything.

To meet interesting people anywhere I travel, and give back to travelers.

While staying with the family of a good friend in Russia I realized that while I was seeing many places on my travels, I was not learning much more about the way people live and think. I thus reinvented my idea of travel to emphasize spending more time in each location, and spending more time with local people. This way I can hear their perspective of their cities and countries, not that of some sponsored travel website or history book.
