ABOUT ME

Kim and I are all about traveling, and experiencing the unique and interesting adventures wherever we are. We consider ourselves to be pretty laid back, friendly, open minded, and always enjoy meeting new people from all aspects of life.
We both enjoy the great outdoors, great food & drink, and chilling with friends; either at home with a bottle of wine, or out for a few.
We definitely have couch! Our home is located on the North side of the river in Fredericton, and are only a 15 minute, or so, walk from the downtown area...or a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. We also have a slightly odd, but delightly entertaining cat named Buggers, that would be happy to make you aqaintence!
We also love to cook...so if you love to eat (or cook) even better.

We joined CS when we were travelling across Europe in early 2011 but we are excited about helping other likeminded travellers experience east coast Canada now that we are back!

Still pretty new, but we had a great surfing experience in Hannover, Germany.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We just enjoyed a 3 month excursion around Europe and that was definitely cool. But previously, we took a month long road trip across Canada in 2008, staring in our home town of Fredericton, NB, all the way to Vancouver, BC and back. There was no real adgenda, just that we needed to be back in Fredericton 4 weeks later. We stayed in a few hostels or b&b, with family and friends, and camped out in the back of our RV (a GMC Jimmy SUV) on more than several occasions. All-in-all, a wonderful time, and a chance to take a real good look at our fabulous country of Canada!

Highlights: Skiing the Blackcomb glacier; Sipping wine on a patio in Kelowna,BC; The wonderful host at the Sleeping Giant Guest House in Thunder Bay,ON; Hiking in Jasper; drinking microbrewed beer by a campfire in the Alberta badlands; I could go on, and on...
