ABOUT ME

Living in Denmark since 2016, where I moved for studying a masters in Business and Philosophy in Copenhagen. Fell in love with the city and Scandinavian lifestyle, where I am so lucky to have found work that allows me to do my part in trying to make our food system more sustainable. I am a nature lover and I can't decide if the sea or the mountains make me more happy. Living in Aarhus, I get to rely mostly on the sea part, which I try to enjoy most of the hours in my free time - (winter&summer) swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking. During lock-down I have discovered my inner yogi, so rolling out my yoga mat a few times a week is my recipe for balancing out my rather desk-heavy work life.
I get to travel a bit through my work, mostly for conferences, and try to use those opportunities to combine some unavoidable air miles with an extension of the stay to explore the area around and meet locals as well as other travellers.
