Being more of a *couch* potato for my whole life (haha see what I did there, hope this is not the thousandth time you see this joke on couchsurfing) it's really difficult for me to tell you about all the fun travelling adventures I had. Cause the upcoming trip would be the first time I travel abroad.

I've heard about couchsurfing from my friends many times and always thought: "Whoa, people let you live with them for free, that's incredible!" Now, it turns out you actually get to spend time with those people, that's even better.

No, but seriously, this August I will be coming to the US to be a Teaching Assistant at Davidson, NC and before that I will be spending two days in Chicago, so I thought that Couchsurfing would help me find some great people to hang out with and to check out the city.

Musica, film e libri

Music: The Doors and Voltaire is what I would name when asked about favorite music, but recently I've been listening a lot more hip-hop, both in English and in Russian. I also really like indie.

Movies: Fincher, Tarantino, Wes Anderson, both John Wicks, What We Do in the Shadows and many others. Nothing fancy, but I love movies.

TV series: Breaking Bad, True Detective, Community, BoJack Horseman, Archer, Brooklyn 9-9 etc

Stand up: Stewart Lee, Doug Stanhope, Bo Burnham

Videogames: The Witcher series, Rainbow Six Siege, The Beginner's Guide etc etc
