I love travelling and meeting new people from different cultures. Generally when I travel I prefer to stay in a place for a longer period of time so that I can meet locals and try and understand their language and how their culture operates.

I am from Melbourne Australia, and lived there until the age of 18 when I moved to Bordeaux, France for a year to learn French. After that I studied a business degree in Paris, London and Monaco for 3 years.

Coming home after living abroad for 4 years has made me want to continue to meet fellow travellers from different cultures and places. I feel like couchsurfing is a great opportunity to also meet locals in places that I want to travel to show me more than just being a tourist.
