I am 20 years old and I live in Glasgow, Scotland. I work with children and young adults with additional support needs. I have been in my job for over 2 years now. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, going to the gym, playing football with my friends, video games on my PS4 or PC and taking my dog out for a walk.

My job allows me to take time off whenever I want so I have used this opportunity to travel the world. Most of my travelling has been with my parents and my siblings. When we were younger we would normally go to ‘beachy’ places like Tenerife or Mallorca. As we got older we got a bit more adventurous and went on more city breaks and saw more touristy places like Paris and Rome. My mum in particular loves to go on cruises and through her dragging me on these for a holiday, I realised how amazing it is seeing new places and how much I love experiencing foreign cultures.

I am fortunate to have family who live round the world. I don’t get to see them very often so it was a good way to see the world and catch up with my relatives. Through visiting various aunts and uncles I have seen Chicago, Washington DC, Bremen and Izmir. I would say I am quite an ambitious person and I love to experience and try new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to try a different way of traveling. I have always went traveling with people I know but this way I can meet new people and experience new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is very diverse. I can go from Cardi B to Abba in the space of a few shuffles.

I love watching films and my favourites are the Star Wars original trilogy. It has lots of nostalgia attached to it and I really enjoy them. I am also a massive Marvel fan and I’ve grown to like the new marvel films over the Star Wars reboots.
