I love Rock & Roll and indie music, nostalgic/classic movies, time-pieces, travel/humor writing, and classic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water kayaking the New River in West Virginia, skydiving in Miami, FL, touring the great city of Berlin, snowboarding the Zugspitze in Bavaria, Germany, and hiking the Sentiero Azzurro in Cinque Terre are some of my favorites.

I love to share my knowledge and experience with food and culture. I am a chef and nutritionist and I love to cook for people as much as I love to teach them how to cook and lead a healthy lifestyle and learn from them.
