Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm staying in the Nice area for work until early August, and I don't know anyone here. A friend recommended I sign up on Couchsurfing to meet some cool people. I have nights and weekends free to hang out. I have a boyfriend back home, not looking to hook up or anything, just want to make some friends while I'm here!
