Hello everyone! I'm Paco (Paco is like a nickname for a Francisco in México) and I'm just starting here in Couchsurfing.
I was born in México City but now I live in a city named Pachuca (Hidalgo state).

Well, now I'm living in Czech Republic!

I'll be here for six months. So, I really want to travel a lot and know some people from all around Europe and why not? From all over the world.

I think Couchsurfing is a platform where we can have the opportunity of enjoy the different places that we would like to know but in a more intimate and interesting way: the experience of knowing different places through the point of view of a local, sharing cultures, likes and customs it's incredible.

Pienso que Couchsurfing es una plataforma con la cual tenemos la oportunidad de disfrutar los lugares que nos gustaría conocer de una manera más personal e interesante: la experiencia de conocer distintos lugares a través del punto de vista de una persona que vive ahí, así como compartir culturas, gustos y costumbres con personas alrededor del todo el mundo me parece algo fenomenal.

My biggest dream is to direct a movie, so maybe that can englobe all my likes and interests... I don't know, I'm not an artist but everything I love and like is always around art and audiovisual production and enjoyment.

About Music:
I love music of every kind but I'm more into "alternative music". I've been always a Rock music lover but nowadays I listen music of many genres and styles, I can try to make a list of my favorite bands and artist but it won't be fair, some of them that you may know are:
Radiohead, The Beatles, Portishead, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Smiths, Pink Floyd, Massive Attack, Pixies, Blur, Wu-Tang Clan, The Stone Roses, Kanye West...

About Movies:
I love The Secret life of Walter Mitty, it's not the best movie but it marked my life, I don't like to say names but my favorite directors are: Christopher Nolan, Wes Anderson, David Fincher, Damien Chazelle... I can't make a list of this.

About Books:
I can't consider myself as a great reader because I'm the worst concentrating and keeping attention in letters, but I have read some books and if I have to chose 3 that marked my life, then I would chose The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury, Orwell's 1984 and Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk.

Amo la música de todo tipo pero siempre he sido más conocedor de "música alternativa". Siempre he amado el Rock pero últimamente escucho música de todo género y estilo, podría intentar hacer una lista de mis bandas o artistas favoritos pero no sería justo, algunos de los que pueden conocer son:

Sobre Libros:
No me puedo considerar un gran lector ya que soy el peor concentrándome y manteniendo atención en las letras pero he leído algunos libros y si tuviese que escoger tres que hayan marcado mi vida entonces escogería Crónicas Marcianas de Ray Bradbury, 1984 de Orwell y El Club de la Pelea de Chuck Palahniuk.

I can show you some things about mexican popular culture, there's a lot of things that people around the world think they know but... It's not 100% true.
I would love to learn about the culture and customs of the places I visit, from food to music, everything you would like to share with me.
I'm a music lover, so we can share some likes and maybe I can show you some cool mexican bands and projects.
Something that you'll see is that I love to take pictures, I'm trying to become a professional.

Puedo mostrarles algunas cosas sobre la cultura popular Mexicana, hay muchísimas cosas que el mundo cree que sabe pero... no son 100% verdad.
Me encantaría aprender sobre la cultura y las costumbres de los lugares que visite, desde la comida hasta la música, cualquier cosa que gusten compartir.
Amo la música, por lo que podemos compartir algunos gustos y quizá también podría enseñar algunas bandas y proyectos Mexicanos.

I love long conversations, about everything and about nothing, sharing everything I've learnt and the experiences I've had, I want to share my interests: music, movies, places... But at the same time, I like to listen and learn from the others too, but what could be the most interesting thing I can offer is to enjoy the cultural clash that we could experience while we share our customs or ways of thinking from the places where we were born.

Amo las conversaciones largas, sobre todo pero también sobre nada, compartir todo lo que he aprendido y las experiencias que he tenido. Quiero compartir mis intereses: la música, películas, lugares... Pero al mismo tiempo también me encanta escuchar y aprender de los demás, y sobretodo, lo más interesante que podría ofrecer es disfrutar del choque cultural que se podría tener al compartir las costumbres o pensamientos de nuestros lugares de origen.
