From Washington, DC, I teach and share the project "A Timeline USADykes LLC," registered with the DC Department of Government Affairs and IRS #. It is open to proposals from individual international associations, organizations, institutions, businesses, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I read your messages between 8 and 10 PM, so if you write to me, I'll reply around that time.

I can offer you my one-bedroom apartment. You'll sleep in the same room as me, but in your own space on a three-piece mattress. There's also a sofa in the living room, which is small and noisy, as another sleeping option.

You can use the kitchen 24 hours a day and prepare your own meals. There are buses right in front of the apartment, and the subway station is nearby (no smoking, drinking alcohol, or unauthorized entry). The laundry room is in the basement (tokens are required: $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry).
