ABOUT ME

I grew up in a beautiful ski resort, Candanchú, located in the Spanish Pyrenees (right in the Spanish- French border). Ever since I can remember I have been interested in understanding different cultures and ways of living. I have lived in a great number of countries and all of this experiences have been highly gratifying. I love meeting new people and I have always been involved in the international environment of my city.
I met my Canadian boyfriend some years ago and as the story goes :) now I am happily living the dream in Canada, finishing my university degree and enjoying this beautiful country.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I unfortunately had to remake my profile a while ago, but do not let this empty profile fool you :). I have been a Couchsurfing Member since 2006. I have been the most active member of my city Pamplona for years, and even though I have yet to experience the surfing I have lost the count of how many wonderful members I hosted along the years :).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have to admit I was doubtful at first about the whole Couchsurfing experience, but after my first hosting I have to say how much the Experience has had an impact in my life. I have met wonderful wonderful people from all around, I will always remember many of them :), beautiful memories.

Dreaming, loving life :). I am a free spirit, I love traveling and meeting new people. I love what I am doing at the moment, and even though I do not have a clear future plan I know I am on the right path. I love having the opportunity of studying and living in different places. I enjoy winter sports (I am a highly active person). I enjoy reading, movies, sports, art, and exploring.

Couchsurfing is a wonderful thing. I ask people to stop and think and understand what this Community is all about. In the past years many more people have joined in, and the philosophy of Couchsurfing is at times compromised. Lets not forget that this opportunity is not just about getting a free accommodation. From my experienced hosting point of view I have to admit it hurts when you open your house to someone that only want to take advantage of the "free ride". Couchsurfing is more than that, it is about meeting new people and appreciation. Let the spirit of the Community survive :), and be open minded and thankful and enjoy the experience :).
