HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met a wonderful CSer in Laos in 2012 who was traveling by Couchsurfing and hitch hiking for three years and still on the way. It is so amazing that Couchsufers alway have so many great stories to share, plus the world is better that people trust each other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a lot great experiences with Couchsurfers. It is always good to meet new people, discover new places.

Walked through the Tiger Leaping Gorge, Yunnan, with my backpack, in a pair of sandals.

Hitchhiked from Muengkua, Laos, to Kunming, China, in a day, which is more than 1000km.

Hitchhikked from Shangri-la, Yunnan, across southwest Sichuan to Chengdu for 5 days.

Spent four months to teach my English-speek friend Mandarin, now she is able to do a 40 minutes presentation all in Mandarin.

Planned to travel in NZ for three months, changed the plan to work and live in NZ.
