I want to meet people from different walks of life and be introduced to ways of seeing things that I had never thought of before. This is also partly why I love the medical field - you are able to interact and help people from every part of society and be humbled every day by their stories.

I think that the best way to truly experience a new country when travelling is by getting to know the people who live there and getting a taste of their culture and way of life. It is definitely the conversations one has, the connections one makes and the adventures shared with others that make for the most lasting and life-changing memories.
