About Me
Hi there :)
I’m Lia — a curious soul traveling slowly through South America with an open heart and endless love for nature.
I get excited about mountain views, sunsets, forests, flowers, and the small, simple things in life. I’m the kind of person who stops to look at every leaf and cloud 🌸
I love deep conversations, honest listening, and connecting heart to heart. I believe we all have something to teach and something to learn — and that every meeting is meant to be.
I live a healthy and active lifestyle — I enjoy running, I love riding my bike (I'm half danish- the bike land🇩🇰, how can I not love bikes?) yoga, sometimes the gym, and I even studied personal training a while ago.
I’m vegetarian for over three years now, love animals deeply, and care a lot about our planet 🌎
Before starting this trip, I worked as a medic on school field or scout hikes, which incorporated the two things I'm very passionate about! Medicine and nature.
✨ Spiritually
I’m on a lifelong journey of self-growth and awareness. Finding beauty in silence, and the simple magic of the present moment.
I believe that energy never lies, that life always speaks to us through signs, and that when we listen — the right people and places appear exactly when they should.
Nature is my greatest teacher — a reminder how everything is constantly changing and how every little thing has a purpose.
The beauty is all around us, if we care to open our eyes to see it.
Thank you for being here❤️
May your journey in life be meaningful
And may you walk it with courage, peace and love.
I hope we cross paths and I will get to meet you! 🧚🏽♀️🙌🏽
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm currently on a journey of exploration, love, meaning and genuine human connection. Along the way, I meet beautiful souls, magical moments, and small connections that grow into something meaningful.
I come to Couchsurfing with an open heart and a deep trust in the goodness of people.
For me, this community is more than a place to stay — it’s a celebration of human connection, kindness, the beauty of encounters and shared trust.
Opening our homes to strangers reminds me how much light exists in humanity, and how each encounter can become so meaningful when we approach it with love and curiosity.
I believe we’re all travelers — children of the same world — here to learn from one another, to give, receive, and grow together.
Interests
I love being outdoors — hiking, biking, and spending time in nature. Nature always recharges me and reminds me what really matters.
Art and creativity are my way of winding down — I paint with watercolors, recently started photographing, and love reading books that open my mind and soul.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love many styles of music.
Lately I’m into 70’s rock and old Israeli songs, but I'd be happy to know some of your favourites and add them to my playlist!
I almost never watch movies or series — I prefer real stories and real people :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
First of all, I'm up to help with anything I know how to do. And if I don't know how, I'm open to learn.⭐
I can teach you Hebrew or Danish!
We can workout together (running, strength workout, stretching, etc..) - it's always fun and motivating with a partner! 💪🏽
I'm super into house plants and flowers. I always say I have a mini jungle in my room back home🪴
So I'll be more then happy to help take care and water the plants in the house or give any advice regarding that!
If you need a partner for a concert, or really any outdoor activity, I'm down.
Really whatever!
I leave my plans very unplanned and flexible.
