i can't offer a couch right now. sorry. but london is a big city and i am happy to meet newcomers, to introduce them to my favorite places and help london be a wonderful experience for them. her reputation is sometimes harsh, but she is an amazing place.

there is no better way to travel than meeting strangers who are kind and open and willing to show you their lives and cultures. living anthropology.

there is so much!
i'm interested in reading all the great classics and all the unheard of masterpieces,
i'm passionate about music, i sing classical music, and i will never reach the bottom of the huge well of beautiful history that is written into scores.
i use my spare time creating theatre, in various forms. that is where all the fun is.
my friends are always stimulating me. they are pretty interesting.
and traveling! always looking for something else. never static. then you realize all you need is with you already.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

i was really wet, but warm. and my eyes were closed like i'd been asleep forever. and my body was all curled up, only tiny, like a snail in the night.

and suddenly, there was all this wind. and for a while all i could feel was like i was in two different worlds. half of me was still so comfy, in the dark, still covered in wet, smelling like a mouth that was chewing on grapes.
but the other half, it was freezing, and i was just hanging, for this moment that was between dimensions, like i was slipping into an ice volcano.

and then in a blink of god's eye i was out. and the light blinded me. and from a snail i turned into this slug, with all this space around me. the freezing air attatched itself to every corner of my form, so i could feel myself moving from all those tiny parts that were part of me but that i never even met, or thought of, or instructed.

what happened next is pretty distant in my memory now. next real sensation i remember was a bit after that... something big and hard in my mouth, like a mountain, a sugar river mountain. but like i said, im really not sure what i remember of it. it might be from a dream.

that was pretty amazing.
