Overview
About Me
Man these kind of profiles are always hard for me, well..
I am a BA student in Social and Cultural Anthropology and Philosophy from the south of Germany that grew up in the center of Germany, lived somewhere very different for some time after finishing school and then got really interested in everything that has to do with how society works.
I am currently preparing for a longer stay abroad that will probably be very interesting and challenging.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There's a personal and "down-to-earth" character to couchsurfing that I just really enjoy. In general, couchsurfing is a great way to get in touch with other awesome people and enhancing stays in other places.
Interests
I love working on bikes and reading/watching many things related to the subject that I study and other topics that I am interested in, like politics and sociology for instance. I also have an interest in art, graffiti, tech, learning to program, open source, decentralised/federated networks and information security topics.
I am active in educational and activism work against corruption and corporate lobbyism with Anti-Corruption International and I also participate in Foodsharing ("saving" food from supermarkets that is supposed to be thrown away but is still good, see https://foodsharing.de)
I am currently learning Hindi.
