Hi there! My name is Liana Bernard and 37 years young. You can also call me Li or Li Li. I enjoy traveling the world and meeting people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I also enjoy the outdoors and am very athletic as a long distance runner and like to live a healthy lifestyle. In my free time I like running, hiking, traveling, watching movies, crocheting and spending time with friends. I’m a pretty easy going, friendly, simple person and easy to get along with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been overseas for the last couple years teaching English to students in S. Korea. Its been an amazing experience and it has opened another door to pursue teaching in the Philippines for my next destination. I’ll be teaching at a Montessori school, but first I need to undergo 2 months of training in Sunnyvale, CA so I’m looking for a place to stay for as long as you’ll have me between June 14 and early August 5, 2018. I won't be at home much since I will be doing a lot of training from 8am – 5pm during the week.

I don’t have much, but I like to cook and can clean. I don't have my own place in the US to do a couch surfing exchange, but my door is open if you're ever wanting to pay a visit to the beautiful Philippines.
