ABOUT ME

In Gainesville I enjoy visiting the farmers markets, catching free local music in the park, and laying on my porch swing with friends.

I am a graduate student at the University of Florida in the Horticultural Sciences department studying irrigation and nutrient management. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting growers. I have a large amount of respect for anyone who has the drive and dedication to spend their time producing the world's food.

When I travel I enjoy seeing nature, agriculture, and local fun. I like visiting farmer's markets and other local events, as they offer a great opportunity to see and interact with the community.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Lately, I have been hosting surfers here in Florida.
I have great opportunities to do some traveling through work, so while I am away from home I hope to break out and meet some new people and really enjoy the places I get to visit.
