About me... I'm a 21 year old kiwi girl who's always looking for the next good time to be had!

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy or rather things I try to live by are to be open minded, and accepting. I'm slowly learning that expectation and reality don't often match and to look and approach life in better ways!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'm travelling solo it seems a great way to connect with people who are like minded! When I'm at home I'm happy to host, my flat mate actually organises this through her profile (Rossana), or meet up if you just want some one none judgemental to speak english with or learn some local culture...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never done it before but I've had friends who have all good experiences except one in Dublin where the host hadn't asked her flat mates.... Awkward!

My flat has hosted a couple of couch surfers in our lounge in the last few months since Ive been home which has been fun and interesting as they add a new dynamic to our already mad house, for a short period.

Intereses

This is like writing a really awful curriculum vitae...
I spend a lot of time researching up coming trips. I listen to music a lot! and read a lot of historical fiction... I love history! New Zealand has such a young past that Europe is constantly blowing my mind with its history. I have chronic wanderlust and incurable curiosity about all things unknown to me.

Música, películas y libros

I love rubbish comedies, Bridget jone's diary is an all time favourite!
I'll watch anything though, same for television programs. I do secretly LOVE Downton Abbey...

I'm open to music suggestions but my most played on spotify are folk bands, passenger, mumford and sons, keaton henson and a New Zealand dubstep group called fat freddy's drop who you should totally check out.

Like with all travel it's so hard to explain certain moments but I'll try...

One night when I was in Egypt we had dinner sitting on the roof of a Nubian chiefs home and afterwards we took a dinky little river boat back up the Nile in pitch black to where we were staying. The water was so still and the night air so pleasant after 46 degrees in the day. I remember feeling so lucky and thankful for the experiences I was having. Sometimes when you're travelling and you've been complaining about how heavy your pack is and how you haven't stopped sweating for a week it's like LOOK WHERE YOU ARE! You are so fricken lucky!!! You know...

I have no idea what I could possibly teach except a good chat! I like to talk, maybe too much! I've spent quite a lot of time with second language english speakers so I'm completely non judgemental :)
My flat mates can cook really good!! and we can teach you to play fifa if you want!

A great disposition and sense of adventure! I love a good chat! I'm a good listener! Tell me about all your travels!! I know sometimes it feels like you're bragging when you tell your family and friends but I'm a pair of ears who wants to hear it all!!!
