Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First I thought it was the perfect system for brutal muderers to find some innocent victims they could rape, cause i tend to be a little dramatic sometimes;)...
But after all I love the idea behind it, I love that there is no money involved( at least something in the world), i love the nice gesture behind it and as a surfer I love to see how people live in the world, or in whatever city you travel and to have the possibility to experience their way of life for a bit.
i think it s an interesting way to connect to people.
Oh yeah, the actual point I wanted to make :), I did not host so far, had my first surf experience in California,last year during my Au pair year in America,Christmas in L.A. two days later in SF....and I loved it, met great people!!!

Interests

music,life and travel
I m interested in languages, tried Russian, Italian, Latin, French so far but tend to forget a lot...I think you actually have to stay in those countries for a while to pick up the language...another thing that couchsurfing supports i think!

i don t like thinking in genres too much. I like music.

Bloc Party, Johnny Cash, Jacques Brel, i like classic piano music a lot(Chopin my hero), I think Lady Gaga is totally underestimated, Röyskopp are great, Yelle, Mando Diao, Daft Punk, Edith Piaf, The Beatles, Santogold, Sia, The Kooks, Arctic Monkeys, Cut Copy, Yeah Yeah Yeahs...

I m a big fan of TV series, my current favorite is Bored to Death
