I'm relaxed and positive, some say I'm sometimes more relaxed than I should be.
I like to have fun, and can enjoy my time either with friends or alone (although they say happiness is only real when shared and I think that's true). I believe in mutual respect and trying new things.
My friends tell me it's impossible to make me angry, and that's almost true.
I like to spend my free time listening to and making music, reading, partying, hanging out and pretty much anything with people I like.
As part of my studies of Media and Entertainment Management, I enjoy creating music, taking pictures and making movies (trying to anyway).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Initially I just thought it'd be nice to travel differently, meet with locals and have fun.
But Couchsurfing became part of my lifestyle - I've met my best friends through CS, experienced some of the most beautiful moments in my life thanks to it.
Going to a new place, looking for what to do on a weekend and CS are now inseparable.
I enjoy making my life a blend of excitement and tranquility. I love action, martial arts, partying and trying new activities - and to balance it with some peace and quiet: reading a book, sketching, playing some music or just chilling out.
Music, Movies, and Books
Rock and blues is always great, and that's usually what I try to play as well - Foo Fighters are my favorite.
I also like Balkan, Celtic, Andean, Japanese music..
Reggae and Dub when I want to relax, Ska makes me happy.
Some cinema composers like Hans Zimmer, Ennio Morricone and lately Brian Tyler.
American Psyco, Gladiator and Oldboy (the original) are some of my favorite films.
Shogun is my favorite book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Eating tasty termites, swimming with pink dolphins and fishing for piranhas in the Bolivian jungle.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach some Hebrew, a few recipes for Israeli food, maybe a few songs.
I love music, and I enjoy playing with other people - so a Jam is something I would be happy to share with you!
I'd be happy to learn new languages. My main goal right now is Dutch. Next in line is Turkish and Japanese.
Learning to play a new instrument or a new song would be amazing.
Other than that, any "Do it yourself" skills would be equally nice - I recently started checking out woodworking.
