It is best to explore the city/town with someone who knows it. It allows you to find the best places and learn things only the locals know. Latvia is my homeland and we have a lot to offer. I would be happy to meet for a drink, show people around Riga and suggest some other destinations in Latvia. Making new acquaintances and friends is always great!
