ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing and shy, I'm down to earth and a dreamer, I'm relaxed and impatient... All depending on the moment and the experience.

PHILOSOPHY

I try not to make a problem of little bad things, and to enjoy all the little good things. I want to see as much as I can from this planet and I am always searching for new experiences and places to go to. Getting to know things (countries, people, cultures,...) helps to be open minded and have trust and faith in life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm quite new in the CS project and decided to be a part of it after meeting the wonderful couchsurfers Jenna, Jane and Withney in Newfoundland this summer 2009!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time with couchsurfers Jenna, Jane and Whitney in Newfoundland. And Jane and her sister stayed at my place for three nights.

Interests

As a biologist, I love travelling to countries with wonderful nature (what I miss a lot in Belgium), dreaming about maybe moving to another country for this. I like doing sports but I'm limited now because of backproblems. My friends are the biggest certainty in my life and I love them. But I am also always in for meeting new people to get to know new thoughts and insights on things.

I am not really a reader and I enjoy a lot of different styles of music, depending on the moment and my mood: Arsenal, Amadou&Mariam, Gotan Project, Nickodemus, Leonard Cohen, Jack Johnson, Röyksopp,...

Volunteering and travelling in Eastern Canada for 5 months in 2009.
