ABOUT ME

Well, for starters, I'm Noah and this is my wife Hanna! *Hanna waves* We're currently students at the University of Iowa. I'm studying photography, while Hanna is getting a degree in International Studies and Psychology. Our aim is to live simply. We're excited to discover our direction as a new couple, finding the ways in which we can complement each others goals and abilities.

PHILOSOPHY

Life for us is a journey. It's a trip filled with countless twists and turns. Hanna and I are excited to see where it takes us!

Also, we love God. It's cool to know we'll be in heaven when we die. It's awesome that God gives us something to put our faith in, something to believe in. We don't consider ourselves your typical Christians, really. We love to get other's perspectives and beliefs. We find religion rather fascinating, and we're not close-minded when it comes to beliefs. We're pretty liberal people.

I've stayed with a few CSers so far, and they were all really great, solidifying my love for this organization!

Interests

I love my wife. Hanna is, well, my other half. So much of my being has been sewn into her (and her into me) that I'd suffer a heart failure without her. She's my wife, my love, my best friend for life.

I love photography. I got addicted to it a few years back, and with it I'm moving forward. I love capturing the candidness of people, of life. I love being able to show others the world I see through my work.

I love coffee. For the taste, not the caffeine (it does nothing for me). I hang out in coffeeshops to work on my laptop and read and write much too often, but I never regret it.

I love smells. I love being able to rekindle aged memories just from a subtle smell in the air.

I love people that are genuine. Fakers are just no fun.

I love every season for certain things: the Winter for the cozy sweaters, the sledding, the snowball fights, the cocoa. Spring, for the new and fresh change, the green, the flowers blooming. Summer, for the outdoors and sun, the lemonade and iced tea. Fall, oh Fall. I love the leaves, changing colors. I love bike riding during the Fall. So great.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a huge passion for music. I listen to a ton of indie, post-rock, etc. I like finding the bands that most people aren't into. I barely listen to any mainstream.

Also, I love to read and write, as well as blog. I never seem to find as much time to spend on it as I want, however.
