CURRENT MISSION

Learning to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and getting ready for my big trip to China in March 2009.

ABOUT ME

Most of my spare time is spent playing guitar, learning Chinese (mandarin) as well as watching TV and movies.

I write, play and record my own music but I don't sing very well so a lot of my music is progressive jazz/blues instrumental stuff.

I don't do a lot of socialising outside of work as my spare time is filled up with the above things but when I do, I like to go and see a live band in a bar; go to the beach with the family (not very often); go to the movies to see the next big blockbuster.

I am currently 32 years old, single and never married. Just try to get along with everyone as much as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a few times and had one outstanding experience, one not so good experience and one experience that I assume is the normal type of experience as a host. :) I have also become a financially supportive member as well.

Just to clarify: When I log in from work it will show me as being logged in from Brisbane, QLD, Australia as this is where my internet connection originates. I actually do live in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now had the pleasure of hosting and enjoyed it a lot. I think I was very lucky to have two wonderful people stay with me the first time. I hope everyone who I host are as nice as these two people.
