ABOUT ME

I'm in a group of free minds, trying to explore what's out there to explore. We have art groups, musicians and philosophers in here, and like to enjoy the simple things in life as well as the serious...

It's a squatted villa in the centre of the Leiden

We have the space for couchsurfers, and always like to meet new people.

The people here like sports here as well like football and basketball and even beachball. But also a nice nights with chess and chill, soft music, good talks and so on. We're helping each other and the neighbourhood in getting stuff done in garden, house or people in need. In for a nice experience?!?

I live here since 4 months, when we squatted this place. We have build our rooms and finished the place a lot. It's looks nice! But we have no shower here yet, but nearby you can shower. The heating system is coming soon.

PHILOSOPHY

To be in a contineous flux of evolutionairy progress and not be stopped by anything, You think your original, you might, but most people respond as programmed robots, conditioned merely to serve the status quo. And there are millions of those who are continiously misled and are being lied to, who think they know it all by reading a news paper. Check out David Icke's problem - reaction - solution theory, if you wanna get an glimpse of how this planet really is being runned.

If you have the will to break free from your programming, you can start the process of finding your true self. A wise man once said: "...and to understand is to transform what is". Our mission is to 'plant seeds', spread love and become unconditional love and lose your prejudices in the process (you seldomly know all the facts). But also having a lot of fun during the process, enjoy, music, being together and communal based learning, working together and be active in your role in the world (there is no such thing as little me;).

Go to the succesfull ('thezeitgeistmovement.com (over 60 million views; zeitgeistmovie, zeitgeist addendum) and be part of one of the biggest movements for social change, the world has ever seen, like they say. But as always, stay critical and individual as in every movements, has been infiltration to serve the status quo. No leaders, no hierachical system's of election and power, local based communities and open decision making is a good start from their working towards globalisation from that point maybe. By direct democracy not like our european 'masters' Globalisation maybe! but by helping each other and other communities, nothing enforced upon the few either by concensus or a 80% pro vote! putting the focus on empathy and working together for each other rather than division and indirect (and apparently not working) democracy. Think about the consequences of such a thing as profit, what is all causes in the world. The technology is so far that everybody could live free of labor for income to survive (what about pension from your 30 th?!?). Free and open information based schooling (not governmental sponsored).

We´re working here to build something special, based on sustainability, In this place we hope to involve the neighbourhood and 'break some walls' in being open to communication and working together in the neigbourhood. Your welcome to stay for up for some time and join in (or just a sleepover)

It was gone glory when we came to this place but are now giving it new life, a lot needs to be done but a lot already has been done, since we squatted this place. Welcome to the beautiful and free squat life!

We would appreciate it if you actively participate in keeping this place clean and keeping a good relationship with the neighbours!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had couchservers from everywhere already and the scene in Leiden involves people from all over; Wales, Scotland, England, Poland, Sweden, U.S. you name it... English is mostly the spoken language in this house. It's most of the times quiet here, except for friday when we organise; docu's and music during the night.

Guess it's time to organise yourself against these very corrupt elements in society, wouldn't you say so ?!?; Think about how profit works and you'll figure the motivation out.
