ABOUT ME

I consider myself a free-spirited warrior of life, with a passion for spreading love to all I meet. I love to dance and believe that everything happens for a reason. I do my best to go with the flow and live with the courage to conquer all my fears. I've been told that I'm not like anyone you've ever met!

I am a mother to my 12 year old son. He is the epitome of love and light and I am so very blessed that he chose me to experience life with. In 2008 I chose to follow my dreams of travel and left everything behind to go to Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Italy, Greece and Germany. What a wonderful journey - mind, body and spirit. I came back a different person.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that life is about learning and experiencing. Even the smallest encounter or thought can have profound effects on your life. I still believe very strongly that everything happens for a reason, but when I found a poem in my great-grandmother's papers that offered the advice that "It's All In A State of Mind", it truly changed my life.

I started to think bigger and it's brought me to the point I'm at in my life today. Leaving a life that had previously been lived as wife, then mother, to divorced and single mom, to Tracy: woman, spirit, adventurer. I've seen how one thought, joined with action and faith can produce the most amazing experiences imaginable. With an open mind, an open heart and full awareness in each moment, Life is the best adventure of all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Gave birth - THE most extraordinary thing I've ever done. It tested every part of my body, my mind and my spirit and forced me to go with the flow. The best lesson of my life.

2. Let go of everything in my life to follow my dream.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that we are all teachers and all have unique gifts that we can share. Some of mine include: being a great listener, helping people see the world with new eyes, basic photography skills, inspiration and life coaching, dancing (particularly salsa, merengue and batchata), autism awareness and parenting skills, energy and crystal healing, and spreading love and light with an infectious smile.

Since I mentioned it earlier, I will share the poem that has inspired me.
