Books:

Most of all, I like books that are dramatic and comical at the same time.

My favourite Russian classics are Oblomov, Master and Margarita, A Hero of Our Time, Dead Souls and short stories by Gogol, and also such little known among the general public as Cynics and A Novel Without Lies, narrative of postrevolutionary times. I also enjoy some Russian poetry of the XX century.

Speaking about foreigh literature, I'd name Martin Eden, 1984, Brave New World, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Wuthering Heights, La Reine Margot, Der schwarze Obelisk, Frankenstein, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Hi-Fi, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Poe's stories

Music: rock'n'roll, indie, ambient, experimental, pop rock, synthpop, post rock, some classics

Movies: Game of Thrones, Black Swan, Dirty Dancing, Help!, A Hard Day's Night, Chocolate, Harold and Maude, Dans la maison, Legends of the Fall, Love Actually, Bridget Jones's Diary, Maurice, Melancholia, Impromptu, Le fate ignoranti, old Soviet comedies, European and Russian art house
