I like to hot chill, as opposed to cold chill.

I was born in Casablanca, raised in New Orleans. I like to laugh, dance, have stimulating conversation, get wet (beaches, pools, rain, dumping of water buckets, etc.), and enjoy life and sunshine as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to have roommates who introduced me to the couchsurfing experience, and over the year that I lived with them, we hosted some 15 people. It was incredible and I enjoyed every single couchsurfer. Can't wait to be able to host again.

Interests

Anything that involves being outdoors, reading, friendly debates, soccer, traveling, learning about anything, anime, all things kawaii.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all kinds of movies, a couple of my favorites: RocknRolla, La Vie en Rose, Jeux d'Enfants, Amores Perros, The Fighter, City of God, Snatch, Drunken Master, Kung Fu Hustle, Shaolin Soccer, Kids, Leon, Goodfellaz, King of the Jungle.

I like all kinds of music but the genres I'm mainly into are roots reggae, dancehall, soul, neo-soul, blues, jazz and hip hop that incorporates the aforementioned.

The books are endless. Some of my favorite authors (usually when I read one book I like, I'll read the rest of the author's works): Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Amy Tan, Anne Rice, JK Rowling, Frank McCourt, Khaled Housseini, Karleen Koen, Margaret George, Sarah Dunant, Anne Bishop, Orson Scott Card, and way too many more.

I've seen and done a lot of amazing things in my life and it's hard to even pick a top three. ^_^
