My husband (Jason) and I are a young, professional couple who would like to open our home to travelers coming to Melbourne. We are opening our home as we hope the Couchsurfing community will do the same for us next year when we begin to do some traveling! We enjoy spending time with our friends (either out to dinner, or a quiet catch up at home), we love to binge watch Netflix, and we love to be outdoors. Between us we like surfing, hiking, camping and skiing.

Music: 80s and 90s!
Movies: I love comedy movies, and don't mind action or thrillers every now and then. I have many favorite actors, and love British television and movies.
Books: I love to read, and will generally give most genres a go, but my favorite types of books are sci-fi/fantasy novels.

In 2016 I walked 100km in under 2 days for Oxfam - it was grueling, but a really fantastic experience personally/mentally, and also helped raise money for charity!

Learn: While traveling I am very interested in learning how people of different cities and cultures live, where they spend time with friends and family, what they eat, what they do for entertainment/relaxing.

While staying with Couchsurfing hosts my husband I will happily cook for our hosts and also help with domestic chores. We love a clean kitchen more than is probably healthy!
