To discover my life's mission... I think I'm getting close, it involves helping others...
I'm getting even closer! I've started a health and wellness website and will be helping people get over sugar addiction!

ABOUT ME

I am a free spirit and go with the flow where ever I go. I have recently opened to doors to my spirituality and meditate daily, delving into the land of the metaphisical and aligning my energies... :) feels great!
I'm very much into health and well being and believe the energy of the food you consume affects your energy and so I have stopped consuming dairy products. It's not nutritionally necessary and is quite weird, if you think about it, for an adult human to consume another animans baby food. I also very seldom eat meat, only if I really feel my body needs it I'll eat organically farmed meat. When I do eat meat, or any food, I make sure I give a moment to say thanks for sustaining my life.

I have really gotten into improving my mind and body and don't drink alcohol anymore, I find it a hindrance to my self improvement. I like to laugh and have a good time, but I don't need poison in my body to do this. (I'm not so Strick on this these days, but still it's a pretty rare event)

PHILOSOPHY

Everything in life is temporary, so apreciated the now when it's happening!

In my experience, couchsurfing is the best way to explore a forigne city, as you actually meet people who live there rather than other travellers who seem to just want to drink every night in hostles.

兴趣

I love to sing all the time! I went to a 10 day meditation retreat recently and had to obay a knoble silence, didn't mind not talking, but not singing almost broke me!
Hiking around as barefoot as possible!!
Recently gotten into reading rune stones, put a good use to my over active third eye.
