ABOUT ME

I love food. I'm only 5 feet but can pack food in me like no other. I make the best Vietnamese fresh and fried spring rolls. I have 60 first cousins. Love dancing, but don't think I'm any good at it. Wish I could sing or play an instrument of some sort. Love nature, the outdoors, adventure and cuddling my cat.

PHILOSOPHY

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Am completely new at couch surfing. A friend recommended it so hoping to meet some nice, fun and decent people. Would like to start hosting in Beijing when I get back from this summer holiday.

兴趣

I love trying new foods, cooking, going to the beach, dancing, being with nature, rock climbing, yoga (but don't do this enough), swimming even though I'm a terrible swimmer, snorkeling, lazying on the beach, taking pictures and smothering my cat, Lilly.I love to travel. While on holiday, I like to take my time wandering the streets, get lost in the hustle and bustle of everything and just people gaze when I first arrive to a new destination. There's lots a place can tell you on first impression about it's people, culture and history.

I like all sorts of music especially ones that are upbeat and has a happy feel to them. Also really enjoy indie rock, Mongolian throat singing and folk music and there's nothing wrong with top 40.
Favorite movies of all time: the French film 'Amelie', 'Gattaca', Disney 'The Incredibles' and Pixar 'WALL.E'.
I don't read as much as I should but favorite author is definitely Japanese writer, Haruki Murakami.
Favorite books are Kafka on the Shore, The Good Earth and The Little Prince.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking up to the summit of Huangshan (yellow mountain) in china and seeing the peaks in a dreamy sea of clouds (cheesy I know but really was breath taking)
