Quite green into life, I am surely going to experience all that I can - I put lots of myself into things and gain much in return. Faith in the figure eight path of the universe pushes me forward, knowing for every down swing the high is that much higher.
Moment to moment practice in loving kindness and fun times, love to talk philosophically and also love to not say a thing.

Just started after hearing again and again it's merits. I've yet to begin my own travels but will always be dreaming of more places to be and learn from and experience.

Personal education moves forward towards the "Ecological Age" where we as a species work with the Earth instead of against it - so growing food, building spaces and projects for local involvement aka community kitchens, gardens, tutoring, arts, etc. "sustainability" as it's called.

Current favorite music is a bunch of random local bandmates/musician friends! Love seeing Modest Mouse and Umphrey's McGee in concert - love hearing your favorite music. Big fan of Billie Holiday, Sufjan Stevens, The Beatles of course, Led Zeppelin, listening to lots of local and friends music aka Breathe Owl Breathe, Miss. May, Paper Bird, so much more.
Movie favorites = Last of the Dogmen, Brick, Wayne's World, Star Wars, anything from BBC or NOVA on nature/space/land/thought. Also like foreign films, became a big fan of Godard. Also for TV, Lost, Adventure Time, Broad City, a few more.

A whole group of 70+ people coming together in cold wet Michigan spring weather to build a hoop house (greenhouse/extend growing season) and clean out an old barn.

Born & raised in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, absolutely love sharing the walkable strange places of Ypsi, jaded and bitter about A2 as it is now, love to explore and share Detroit as well.

Connected with permaculture projects & former employee of Song of the Morning, a yoga retreat center of excellence in up north Michigan - come join us for work exchange, for a weekend retreat, for an afternoon hike and a meal - or for longer :)
