ABOUT ME

I am new to travelling, but like it so far. I was born and raised in Philly and the only time I really left that area was when I was in high school and looking at schools. Then, the farthest west I traveled was Minnesota to start my undergrad career.

Hearing the stories of my friends, along with my own curiousity of the world around me, made me want to study abroad before I graduated last Spring. I spent ten wonderful weeks traveling throughout Europe on a multi-leg New Media program, where I greatly enjoyed the European experience so far. I got visit Prague, a place I always wanted to visit and a place that was wonderful and surpassed my expectations. I don't want to stop traveling but first, I have to work on myself now as I become an adult responsible for myself. There will be more places in between to travel, of course!

PHILOSOPHY

My motto: you learn something new every day. If you havent learned something today, well, then either you're just lazy or on the wrong Wikipedia site :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a long time lurker, curious as to how this program worked, but now I am glad that I am in a position that will finally allow me to utilize this website, aka being gainfully employed!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Attending college and visiting friends, there have been many times where I was left to sleep on a friends' couch! I enjoy the sleepover-esque feel that crashing on someone's couch brings. Though I have never spent time on a stranger's couch, it takes a lot to un-unerve me, so I'm ready to make some friends!

Graduated from a top-notch uni. I beat a lot of odds doing that and I quite proud of myself.

I also a rainy and sunny day in Rome, that blew my mind.

I skated backwards once too. Never figured out how I did it though.
