Hi I´m a Social Science Ph.D student at Universidad del Norte, in Barranquilla, Colombia. Now i´m only studying with a scholarship , but i was a teacher in the Communication Program at Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar located in Cartagena, Colombia for 7 years. Now I live in Barranquilla, love watching movies, theater plays, music, dancing, and obviously reading a lot.

One of my favorite things in the world is traveling, I try to do it every year in log trips, and on weekends here in Colombia, where theres a lot to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet interesting people when I travel. I usually do it by myself, so its rather nice to have company. And also cause travelers might need a place to stay here in Barranquilla.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmmm its really difficult, buy I love Amelie, Pulp Fiction, in general all movies of Tarantino, Jarmusch movies are cool to. Some of Woody Allen movies. I have some kind of guilty pleasure with Disney movies, specially the ones with Pixar. Lord of The Rings trilogy. Harry Potter... hmmm I think I have quite a mix taste about movies. In term of music I like different kinds, R&B, reggae, a llitle bit of rock, pop, and of course latin music.
