I quite my job in the states to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain and am savoring these final months of travel before I return to the US. My work and personal life all revolve around food. I love studying it, growing it, cooking and eating! When not working with food, I like to spend time in dance studios, alpine campsites, farmers markets, bouldering gyms and lakes.
