About Me

Oh damn.

Throughout all these years dealing with internet and social networks, I've always avoided this classic profile opening field. Ask me to write about anything, really -- but not about me. I've seen and learnt too much about myself; there way are too many faces and shades to show.

And as usual, I'll keep trying to figure out what to write here -- something nice and useful, I hope, but hey. Who am I'm trying to fool?

(For now, I'll leave you with the basics: I'm a Virgo who earns a living with copywriting and translations. Big nerd, living with another lovely nerd and a cat -- love dogs too, mind you, but they are too messy for my liking. Also, no space.

Oh, and you might want to know that when I was 5 years old, my best friend was a tree. Yeah, no kidding.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm actually looking forward having guests at my place! It seems such a great way to get in touch with different cultures! <3

(Still a total n00b at this tho.)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rammstein, Florence + the Machine, Muse, The Killers, Bastille, The Cure, Akira Yamaoka (yes, the composer of most of the Silent Hill soundtrack), Nobuo Uematsu (another Japanese composer, except this genius is responsible for the Final Fantasy franchise).

Movies: Big Fish, Before Sunset/Sunrise (I didn't like Midnight that much, sorry), The Prestige, Labyrinth, Ladyhawke.

Books: Anything Neil Gaiman. <3

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to San Diego Comic Con, back in 2012. Actually, it was the worst decision I ever made; now I don't wanna go anywhere else.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I guess I can share some random knowledge on mythology, Brazilian culture, History facts... Maybe even some recipes? Not that I'm a pro, but hey, it's a work in progress!

I'd love to learn more about foreign cultures. In all honesty, I'll probably be glad to hear about anything you'd like to share.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, United States
