I can't think of anything that excites a greater sense of childlike wonder than to be in a country where you are ignorant of almost everything.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in New York City and am currently studying Natural Resources at Cornell University. I spend most of my time memorizing names of mammals and herps, reading science and history books, tree climbing, hiking, and getting to know people. I have spent my past three summers volunteering in and traveling throughout Central America. This fall and spring I'm studying Geography at Oxford and, when I'm not drowning in essays, traveling throughout Europe.
