I am a music student from Latvia currently living in The Hague.
I study Art of Sound- I am mostly recording classical music and making some of my own just for fun. I have been playing piano for 15 years now and playing different instruments has been my passion as long as I remember myself.

Traveling is only one of the many things I love to do, because my interests range from baking to astronomy, as a kid I always wanted to have my own show on Discovery Channel where I would wander through the forests and live on the trees. I grew up in countryside, so, I am always seeking for an opportunity to be in the nature, as it has always been a very important part of my life.

I see myself as a very friendly person prone to crack some sarcastic jokes now and then : ) When I travel I don't need much- a place under the roof is more than enough and if I get to meet interesting people on my way then my trip is a complete success.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all types of music as long as it keeps my attention and makes me feel something.

I am a huge fan of documentaries of all kinds, but I also enjoy watching films by Tarkovsky, Kubrick, Herzog, Jarmush, Hitchcock, Andreson, Ryzanov, Seidl and other good old classics.

Lately I mostly read literature related to my school, which is all kinds of books about music history, recording, reproduction, biographies, but when I have some time off, I enjoy reading Vonnegut, Kafka, Murakami and different kinds of fairytales from my childhood. Roald Dahl is still the love of my life.
