Hey there!

I'm a 20 year old student from Budapest. I was always interested in different languages and cultures, so that's why I started studying English Linguistics and Literature at the university. This year I had the opportunity to start studying Finnish as well, which has been my biggest dream for years.
As I mentioned, I'm really into different cultures therefore I travel as much as I can. I would say I'm quiete open-minded, easy-going and friendly, so I'm always upto a good conversation with anyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think living by someone from a country where you are in is more relevant than staying a few nights at a hostel or any other accomodation. So maybe that is the reason why I'd like to try Couchsurfing.
Besides Budapest is beautiful and I would gladly show anyone the city.

BOOKS - it's hard to name one or two because I read a lot but I really like dystopian books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was working at a hostel in Bratislava as a volunteer. I think those 2 months were the time of my life (so far). I met awesome people from all around the world which meant a lot to me. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I guess I can teach a few Hungarian words, maybe German and Finnish as well.
If someone is interested in Hungarian culture, cuisine, language or anything, I can share a lot of information and tips. I live in Budapest so I know some hidden places which are not well-known among tourists.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Actually I haven't said that before but I am in love with cooking. So I can cook for you (especially Hungarian dishes).
Plus I think having a conversation with a person from another country is always the biggest gift. I think it always widens our view.
