Mercel the Shel is my spirit animal.

I'm a teacher/farmer/ musician. I wake up every day feeling blessed that I get to the things I love and meet interesting people.

I love running, yoga, and surfing, SNOWBOARDING (although it's mad expensive so I never go anymore), rock climbing, hiking, etc. I also love music and film, and meeting new and inspiring people.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Learning Spanish is one thing that I'm most proud of. I find it incredible that I can communicate with people from other places and cultures. I LOVE the Spanish language... you're able to express yourself so differently than in English. It's way cool. And when I speak in Spanish I feel enveloped in a new world. One of my greatest accomplishments has been finishing a 300 page book in Spanish.... which I didn't think I would be able to do :-] (nevermind that it was at the 5th grade level).

Once I was with one my best friends surfing off the coast of California and right when I caught the first wave of the day, a gaggle (gaggle?) of dolphins jumped out of the water right next to us. It was raining and beautiful and one of those WOW moments.

I got to travel to India with my best friend and go to her cousin's wedding!

I try to make every day amazing.
