We are an open-minded and outgoing couple who loves to travel to meet new people, engage with local culture, learn about history, and share good eats and good humor. And when we travel we make sure to have a glass of whisky a day ...at least ;) haha

A bit about our values and upbringing - our family, friends, and living a life driven by love are what we value most.

Daniel was born and raised in Lahaina, Hawaii- a major city in Maui. I am a true island guy with laid back vibes and down for anything. I am an active, outdoorsy, sport-loving guy. A glass of whisky while watching football or baseball is a great night for me!

Lillie was born and raised right outside of Miami, Florida, USA. The nickname of my home state is "The Sunshine State" which is a reflection of my personality as my closest friends often describe me as positive, bubbly, and fun-loving. Being raised by Vietnamese parents, I place respect for elders, taking care of your family, and education at the top of my priorities.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Right now, Daniel is trying to find a generous couch surfing member to host him for 6 weeks. I am going to be staying in Boston to be involved in a clinical trial run out of the Boston University School of Medicine. I will have to be at the university for 3 days of the week. But outside of those 3 days, I'd love to explore the Bean town with great people!

We believe traveling is less about the things that you see and more about the people you meet and the encounters you have along the way. We are really looking forward to meeting great people during my travels through the couchsurfing community!
