ABOUT ME
Hi everyone ! Where to start... My name is Lise, I've been studying English, because I think this is one of the greatest ways to break down bareers, and speak, share with others. I started traveling to Canada, a few years ago, on a University exchange year. Since then, I've been willing to travel again.
My main interest in life is History. I love to walk on archaeological sites, ruins, and learn about the way older civilisations used to live. I like to think about what old stones have seen, heard, all the knowledge they have gathered. It inspires me a lot of respect.
What else... I am also interested in saving the world. No, I'm not putting my underwear on my jeans, I'm just saying that I'm no stranger to cold showers, reducing waste, and I've been a vegetarian for about eight years (currently working on being vegan...)
Apart from that, I have decided I'd like to see as many wonderful landscapes, people, and ancient monuments before I die.
Different sentences that could help you to see what's going on in my head: "People who are not crazy are people who are not interesting." "Never stop learning."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For some unknown reason, it seems like all of my account settings have been deleted. Meh... I'll try to remember...
So far, I've been Couchsurfing in London, and Dublin. Both experiences have been great, I especially enjoyed visiting these towns with the locals. It is so different from big touristic stuff, and really nice, the atmosphere is peaceful and you go wherever you want. I couldn't participate recently, but I'm working on fixing that ;)

I listen to all kind of music. I love reading in general... My favourite book is probably the Little Prince.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far, my trip to Canada. But I have other plans... One day I'll be the Queen of Atlantis !
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach? Learn? Share? That could be another motto.
I can teach you French, and how everything is linked, even though there is still a crazy amount of stuff left to learn on that. Teaching and learning are siamese, one does not exist without the other. They blend.
