ABOUT ME

Hey,
My name is Laura and I'm in my early 30s. I
I love to go out and dance, go to concerts and meet new people which is a good thing since I work in communications for a music venue.
I also really love just staying home, watching movies, hanging out with my roommates and lately, I've become a bit obsessed with jigsaw puzzles (winters are long around here...).

I share a place with 2 lovely roommates and 2 cute cats and although we do love our little cozy quiet nest at times, we love to have some friends around and people over for some fun times.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the couch surfer world but one of my roommates has had a good experience with it and I like the idea of welcoming people to a new city and discovering new faces.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience as a couch surfer myself but my couch has welcomed numerous people and I found it to be an amazing experience every time.

I have an eclectic assortment. Summarizing is just not my forte...
If I should name a few (music) picks though lately: Frank Ocean, BJ The Chicago Kid, FlyLo, Grizzly Bear (Warp Records has a pretty tight roster), Fleetwood Mac, Explosions in the Sky, Johnny Cash, The Knife, Dylan, Queen, Van Morrison (Astral Weeks), Aznavour... I love good oldies. Metal and minimal house don't really do it for me but one day maybe...

I adore Hitchcock, Almodóvar, Iñárritu, Truffaut, Wes Anderson, to name only a few.
