About Me
Hello!
My name is Lily 🌸
My family likes to travel so much!
My husband is export/import manager, I am data analyst in IT company, we work remotely. Our daughter is 2 years old, she speaks Russian language very good and is learning English language now :)
This year we lived in 5 different countries: Turkey, Thailand, Russia, Kazakhstan and Malaysia.
We really like to feel part of the international community!
We love to get acquainted with the culture of different countries, before visiting a country we always study the customs and rules in order to comply with them.
Our family is very friendly, communicative and we like to speak about traveling, working, cultures, traditions and history of different countries. We believe that the most interesting part of traveling is communicating with people.
In my free time, I like to sew outfits for my daughter, and Roma sings very well, no one can sing American rap, Spanish opera and Russian folk songs better than he does :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When we are planning a trip, we never consider all-inclusive tour packages. We love to study the culture of the country, live in apartments that the locals prefer, cook national food. We try to get to know the locals, learn more about their lives, tell how we live.
We are very neat, clean, like communication, so we are sure that we can be good guests :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lily’s answer: I love organizing holidays and parties! But never done it professionally. When I was on maternity leave and not doing my main activity (IT), I organized a very beautiful party for girls, where we did floristry, learned to dance and took photo posing lessons. The preparation took two months and I was squeezed like a lemon, but the delight of the participants was indescribable. I am very happy that I was able to give such strong emotions to people!
Roman’s answer: I manage to make a vase of wood and epoxy raisin as a birthday present for my wife. I specially took lessons of woodworking and woodturning, and finally designed a drowning of wase, parchased materials and produced the wase under control of profession woodworking. My wife was surprised!
(Lily’a note: really, it was one of the best surprises in my life! Nobody of the my guests could immediately figure out how Roma made such a work of art!)
