Hi I‘m Lina :)

In 2018/19 I left Europe for the first time and lived for 8 months in a host family in Costa Rica 🇨🇷.

It made me leave my comfort zone and changed my whole perspective on the world. Then I decided to do solo backpacking in Central and South America. And somehow I ended up in New York City. It was the best year of my life.

In 2020 I went to Nepal and spend a wonderful time living in a Nepalese family I found on Couchsurfing.

I love being outside, doing sports and connecting with people. My friends always describe me as a spontaneous, open-minded and laughing person. (Also as not so german :D.)

I have very few demands. Nothing makes me more happy than leaving the normal and easy road, having interesting, inspiring or even strange encounters.

I love meeting local people and getting a deeper insight into their culture, way of living and view and ideas. It‘s so much more meaningful to me than staying in a luxurious place and learning nothing.
I met so many people via Couchsurfing that have become real friends to me.

兴趣

I love travelling, taking photos, learning languages and meeting people from all around the world. I like being outside in nature and doing sports. I‘m always open for new adventures and can‘t stand boredom. :) I enjoy reading a lot, doing Yoga, cooking veggie/healthy food and I would like to learn more about meditation.
