Hi there!
We are two German girls who love to travel around the world, get to know different places and cultures and meet new people. :)
Lina was living in Berlin where she studied clinical psychology and Freya studied tourism in Stralsund, northern Germany. We both have been au pairs in the USA from 2016-2017. During our stay we were trying to see different states of the united states and learn as much as we could about the culture and people who are living there. Thats where we experienced couchsurfing first.

Right now we are doing a backpacking tour for around 6 month. Our plan is to see Mexico first and then travel down to Guatemala :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One upon a time we had a wonderful first couchsurfing experience and figured out that couch surfing is a good way to travel on a budget and meet cool new people. We think it gives you a good opportunity to really get to know a place and people who are living there. ...I mean, no one can tell you better what the local experience is like than a local!

(Freya): more the typical girly series (pretty little liars, Emily in Paris, the bold type) but in general I am more into reading books
