I'm currently studying to get my teacher license at Umeå University while teaching Swedish as a second language. Before this I taught English at Yorwor (Hatyaiwittayalai) in Hatyai, Thailand. Realizing that I really do love teaching!

I'll listen to anything although I do tend to gravitate more toward folk rock and tend to steer clear of "angry boys shouting music"; however there are exceptions. I try to keep an open mind.
Movies are same thing... I'll watch anything depending on my mood, but super scary movies are definitely not something that I gravitate towards on my own.
Unfortunately I've been less active in the book reading department, but I do love books. One of my favourites is Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K. Jerome. Also Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (I like comedy :)) Trying to make my way through classics as well.

Hate to be cliché, but having wild dolphins swim up to me and with me off the beach in Monkey Mia, Australia, in the middle of the night was pretty epic.
